This October half term we are celebrating Cornish folklore, myths and legends.
Each of our days* will have two identical sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Our first sessions: Witches, Truth and Tales will see us look into the stories of witches and who the people really were and we’ll have fun making witches hats from air dry clay that you’ll be able to take home and decorate once dry.
When: Wednesday 21st October
Time: 11.00-12:00
Age: 7+
Cost: £2.00 per participant**

This activity is run by our lead learning volunteer Lizzie.

Saturday 28th November Lights Up Special Event Day 10am-6pm
Join us in the museum for a special day of celebrations.
Take part in our FREE Christmas Traditions trail. Write your letter to Santa. Take part in our Peppermint Creams or Christmas Crackers workshops with our learning volunteer then join us in the museum at 4:30 for our “official” museum lights switch on and then listen to the wonderful tones of the Liskeard Community Choir from 4:30-5:00. Plus we are joined for the day by Iris Photography South Devon
