Monday 6th July World War I in Cornwall for Home Education age 5-10 years 10:30-12:00

Join us for a fun and interactive in-person session all about World War I, designed especially for kids aged 5 to 10! We’ll explore history through engaging stories and hands-on activities, making learning about this significant time both easy and exciting. Perfect for little learners curious about the past. Don’t miss out on this cool chance to discover and ask questions in a friendly setting!

£6.13 per session (£5.00 goes directly to the museum, £1.13 is Eventbrite’s transaction fee)

World War I – the war to end all all wars. Discover world war one in our penultimate home education session for this academic year.

Join us for a fun and interactive in-person session all about World War I, designed especially for kids aged 11-16! We’ll explore history through engaging stories and hands-on activities, making learning about this significant time both interesting and exciting.

Monday 20th July Communication and Technology Through Time age 5-10 years 10:30-12:00

Join us to explore how people chatted and shared cool tech from the past to now, fun for 5-10 year olds!

We will be joined for the day by guest speaker Brian Caddy from Crosswires Consultancy Ltd. near Looe. Brian is a computer systems engineer who has spent the last 20+ years working in the tech industry.

Dive into exciting activities that bring history to life and discover the tools people used to connect before smartphones. Perfect for home-educated kids curious about the past and the future of tech.

This is our final session of this academic year. Home education sessions will start again in September however feel free to join us across the summer holidays for a wide range of activities.
