Where does the money go?
Liskeard & District Museum is run by a part-time manager who reports to Liskeard Town Council and a hard working team of volunteers.
A lot of projects happen thanks to donations from visitors. We are an accredited museum so we hold conservation of our collections to the highest possible standards. We run children’s activities, talks for the public and entertain visitors from schools.
Donations also help us curate both short and long term exhibitions.
So the more we raise the more we can do!
